To register for and use Sity88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

• The funds you use for deposits are legitimately yours and have not been borrowed from any party for gambling purposes.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at Sity88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of credit balances and wins.

• Using the Sity88 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Transferring funds between user accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Filing a chargeback through your bank after funds have already been used for play on the platform.

Sity88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of a lawful authority.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Sity88 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible credit balances will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant conditions have been fulfilled.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or termination.
• Users who have terminated their account due to responsible gaming reasons will not be permitted to re-register within the specified period.
• For accounts terminated due to fraud, no credit balance or wins will be returned.

Sity88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times. While we make every effort to maintain 99.9% platform availability, unexpected technical disruptions may occur.

Sity88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or resulting losses incurred by users, including loss of expected wins due to technical disruptions beyond our control.

Continued use of the Sity88 platform after new terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into force.
